Nizuc, the resort and residences in Mexico's Mayan Riviera marketed by SHVO, is flying real estate reporters down to a nearby resort to give them a taste of what the finished product will be like. And that's not all. The Shvo is so into Nizuc ("nose of the dog") that he bought a two-bedroom unit for himself, complete with private full-size pool overlooking the ocean. Marco! Shvolo!
