The three condos being carved out of Nolita's 11 Spring Street are still in need of buyers, but the exterior restoration of the once graffiti-filled curiosity is now complete. How do we know? Because the motherflippin' scaffolding is off! And may we just say, it's looking good. Bravo, Edward Asfour, bravo (if you had anything to do with it). Those marketing with 11 Spring have said that the units will sell once buyers can finally get a look at how amazing the apartments will be, so maybe the revealed exterior will draw in a richie or two. Maybe Lachlan wants back in?
