This time around, we've got one flying a little under the radar: a new-construction, 421a-tax-abated, cute boutique building that's popped up in the suddenly hot (shudder) Murray Hill (a little far from Gramercy Park to be going with the Gramercy moniker, no?). As seen above, the rear façade is a glassy little number, and all but two units have enclosed balconies, which we'll call sunrooms because we're fancy. Some units also have outdoor space. The building has a landscaped roof deck with 360-degree river and city views, and buyers get concierge service and storage space. The building is virtual doorman and keyed elevator, and the bathrooms and kitchens are the usual high-end assortment of Miele, Sub-Zero, marble and oak. Bucking the Murray Hill trend, there doesn't appear to be a scary dungeon. A strong move, we say.
