We thought the asking price on this Upper East Side one-bedroom co-op felt a little cheap, even with a very high monthly maintenance, and indeed the majority of guesses were way over the actual asking price. This one seemed to touch a nerve, as some representatives of the "rent" side of the rent vs. buy debate seized upon this innocent little co-op to bolster their argument. Meow! But when it came to the guessing, man, there were about 20 near misses. In fact, the last guess was the closest, but it was four dollars off. Better luck next week, gang.
