The posh Trinity School on the Upper West Side had been trying to sell a 200-unit rent-stabilized apartment building it built and owns on West 92nd Street to a private developer, but the city's Department of Housing Preservation and Development is rejecting the sale. The building, called Trinity House and home to some of the school's teachers, is the last Mitchell-Lama (for now!) building on the Upper West Side. [Sun; previously]
