"I like the Upper West Side as is. I like my job. I don't make that much money, but I love my beautiful wife and my children. I am cozy. This kind of thing seems just like the brainchild of some grumpy old rich men still trying to find the meaning to life in rotating buildings, empty women half their age, and expensive cars that should be driven by men young enough to be their grandchildren. I think West End Avenue is the most beautiful place on earth, and no amount of rotating buildings situated half a mile apart from one another will make me look upon another city with envy."
