This is the new Karl Fischer condo going up on the corner of Bedford Ave. and S. 4 Street in Williamsburg. And, by "going up," we mean quickly. The photos on the left and right are separated by 11 days. The interesting thing is that work on the site started more than two years ago and the project was abandoned until about six weeks ago, featuring a foundation that had been used as workspace for tagger for more than a year. No problem any longer, however. At this rate, this Bedford Ave. Hot Karl should be done by, oh, late August. In renderings, it bears a passing resemblance to another Hot Karl at N. 8 and Roebling.
