There is at least one person across the Hudson working to keep the Nets from making a home at Flatbush & Atlantic Avenues in Brooklyn: Newark Mayor Cory Booker. Saddled with a downtown arena for the Devils and desperate to find another tenant, Booker is trying to put together a group to buy the team from Bruce Ratner.
