The Williamsburg Welcome Wagon is still annotating development sites. This new bit of neighborhood friendliness, which is definitely an instant honorary member of the Curbed Construction Site Graffiti Hall of Fame, comes from the site of a big Karl Fischer project on N. 9 Street and Roebling.
