Check out the "Bronx Box," a two-story prefab home designed by New York City-based firm RES4 Architecture that's about to go up in Eastchester Bay. The 1,824-square-foot steel and cedar home will have a roof deck, solar panels and many pre-installed goodies: "The components of the home will be delivered to the site in panels that have already been assembled and sheetrocked. The entire house will then be wrapped in recyclable cement board." [The Real Deal]
