Broadway in Williamsburg is already the site of a number of big development project and another can be added to the mix not far from the Gretsch Building. A tipster pointed us to permits for a new 46,000 square foot, seven-story condo from Kushner Studios with 40 units going up on the site not far from Bedford Avenue. Our tipster writes:
They have been clearing the site for the past couple of weeks, and today The Demo Team Inc. has been especially busy. Just glad it's not another Karl Fischer building.Just give it time on the Hot Karl.
