To anyone who had gotten used to the location of the Pepsi sign in Long Island City: it's moving next Monday. It isn't going far, just a couple of hundred yards, but it's traveling per the original plan so it won't block view of buyers at "The View," the building whose working name had been East Coast 3. Speaking of which, broker/blogger Andrew Fine is reporting that a building that should logically be called East Coast 4 will be getting underway by January. EC4 will be on the northern end of the Queens West property, near the Anabel Basin and will be a 39-story story tower with 750 units (which will also, curiously, be a block north of the other completed buildings). No real details on the building other than it'll be amenity heavy.
