PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!
What/Where: Four-floor townhouse on Washington Ave. btwn Myrtle/Willoughby
Square Feet: 3,780
Taxes: not listed
The Skinny: The past two weeks of hot PriceSpotter action have focused on townhouses, and this week is no different, except for one little detail: we've traveled across the river, people. Let's see what 20-footers ask for nowadays in one of those "developing" neighborhoods, like, say...Clinton Hill! This one is configured as a 1BR apartment (delivered vacant) and an owner's triplex above. The home features classy touches like a bay window, mahogany mantle and original pine wide plank flooring. Off the dining room are French doors that lead out to a deck, with stairs down to a backyard. The setup is a little quirky (top floor is being used as a long and lazy master bedroom of sorts), but we can work with it. So, how much?
