We just had renderings of 268 Wythe Avenue, which is going up across the street from 80 Metropolitan in the Burg. This is 50 N. 1 Street and it comes from the same firm, MDIM Architecture. The building is on the the townhouse side of 80 Met. The seven-story building's steel frame is already visible from a distance, and it will have 41 apartments over 46,000 square feet when it's done. The north side of the building gets views of 80 Met. Some of the south side units get to look in the direction of the old Domino plant.
