While 80 Metropolitan has been rising and getting all the attention, it's had a friend going up across the street which has flown under the radar. This is 268 Wythe Avenue, which comes from MDIM Architecture. It will be a 20,000-square-foot, seven-story building with 13 apartments, most of which will have nice views of its big friend across the street. It'll be ready sometime early next year.
