1) All you really need to know here is that DMX has managed to to get on the wrong side of a dog clothing company, and because of this they will have a police auction of his Harlem townhouse on Wednesday. Recall that the rapper placed the townhouse (right) on the market in 2006, asking $1.9 million, and that he later tried to accept $1.4 million in a deal that ended up falling through. Guesses on what they'll get for the place at auction? [Big Deal/Josh Barbanel]
2) This is so awesome that we'll just repeat it verbatim: "Actress Heather Tom, an Emmy nominee for The Bold and the Beautiful and a regular guest-starring presence on shows like Law & Order: SVU, recently bought a Hell’s Kitchen co-op that she spotted on Taxi TV." [NYMag/S. Jhoanna Robledo]
3) In the East Village, here's the 1,200 sqft co-op at 141 East 3rd Street that Strokes guitarist Albert Hammond Jr. has put up for sale, asking $1.19 million. N.B. there's an open house tomorrow night. [Page Six/Braden Keil via CityFile]
