We're continuing to keep an eye on the progress downtown at 211 Pearl Street, which is getting glassed and balconized as we speak, er, write. And in the process, we couldn't help but notice how, uh, rickety the platform looks hanging from the back of the building. Sure, work was done for the day, but seeing the homemade-looking scaffolding hanging like that—well, let's say it doesn't inspire a fit of confidence.
