The East End may match Malibu in terms of boldface residents and bank-breaking property values, but for the most part this chunk of Long Island lacks the celebrity-friendly rehab facilities that make the West Coast so damn fun?until now! There's a proposal to turn the historic Ram's Head Inn on Shelter Island into a $40,000-per-stay drug and alcohol treatment center catering to "celebs and CEOs," but surprise!, the locals really ain't having none of that.
