"My friend is 'starchitect'- struck with Nouvel's building and is looking to buy one of the apartments. We went to view the site but I'm not crazy about the prison, lobby restaurant/lounge scene, office-park style atrium, lobby ATM, highway location, etc. It reminds me of a W- or worse, a Hilton- hotel. No one would ever make the mistake of calling this building refined or elegant. Looks sort of 'nouveau'... Anyway- will this building ever be completed? Could she now buy at a bargain?"
