Not when there are children at stake. The above photo just turned up in the ol' Curbed inbox, with this note attached: "See all the kids playing in the Chelsea Waterside Park with SAPPHIRE (the blue banner) the new stripper club as its backdrop: Kudos to the CITY OF NEW YORK....great zoning + planning!!!!! Well done! Christine Quinn, can you see what is happening in your back yard? Mayor Bloomberg? Hello???? Is ANYONE listening??????"
