The Real Estate Group of New York has released its new monthly rental report, and there are fun findings galore, such as: "The rental market continues to soften in its summer slump—Compared to last month, average Manhattan rents decreased across the board, with the exception of non-doorman one-bedrooms, which increased by a negligible 0.2%." Also, non-doorman 2BRs are now more expensive on the Lower East Side than in the Village. [TREGNY]
