Candy Spelling, the widow of late TV megaproducer Aaron Spelling, is moving out of that crazy 56,500-square-foot LA mansion, and into a $47 million condo she bought in a new Robert A.M. Stern-designed building called The Century. She bought the top two penthouse floors, a total of 16,500 square feet. While it's definitely a 15 Central Park West price, it comes out to only $2,848/sqft, so Stern's West Coast 15 CPW is still a bargain. [NYT]
