Earlier this week, we heard about the rodent problem over at the Toll Brothers marquee Williamsburg development, Northside Piers. Aside from that and the gripes of people moving in, the other issue we've noted is the filth accumulating on the new street level front that the development has brought to Kent Avenue--as in a full city block of dust-crusted windows fronting the empty retail space and even empty apartments above. Could it be the Revenge of The Edge on the competition as its construction dust swirls? Will someone write "Wash Me" in the dust or "Fuck Condoburg"? Will the security guards still keeping the public off the property and away from the waterfront pier be given bottles of Windex and squeegees? Stay tuned.
