My opinion is that you should walk away with your deposit because 1)the building looks like a hospital in Maspeth, 2) 4th ave is the ass-end of Park Slope, to say it in the nicest way 3) The developer probably needs you more than you need them 4) now that you understand more about NYC real estate you realize this is the wrong apartment for you."
