One of the bigger suriving Robert Scarano projects on Fourth Avenue (on the Gowanus side) has been topped off and is taking shape. The building at 110 Fourth Avenue will have 49 units and is tentatively called Park Slope Court. The interesting part, beyond the Scaranotecture, is that it comes from the same developer behind Hotel Le Bleu and who would seek to build this Hot Karl glass office building on a desolate stretch of Third Avenue in Gowanus.
