Nightlife queen Amy Sacco may have been given a penthouse at FiDi condo conversion District to serve as the building's "lifestyle consultant," but Page Six Magazine notes the lingering trouble at her Chelsea apartment: "Earlier this year, the IRS filed a federal lien of almost $179,000 on Amy’s London Terrace apartment, which usually happens when a homeowner does not pay taxes. (Liens can lead to foreclosure on a home.) Amy brushes that off too, saying 'it's been cleared,' but it is not yet determined that the IRS agrees." [Page Six Magazine]
