While the Port Authority struggles to put together a new timetable for the completion of the World Trade Center, Downtown Express unearths a 2007 engineering study commissioned by a pair of Lower Manhattan agencies that claims Santiago Calatrava's (can we still even call it Santiago Calatrava's?) WTC PATH station won't be open until 2016. The Port Authority hasn't acknowledged the report, but "a source currently incolved in the rebuilding process" told DE "the dates could be even longer off."
