There has been some talk about the R&S Strauss auto parts store on the corner of 14th Street and Avenue C being on the market for a cool $13 million. So, we were curious when we spotted a handwritten note on the front door of the store the other day, probably one of those "Dear loyal customers, we're closing/moving..." notes that seem to appear too frequently these days. And what did this sign say?
