Following up on last week's reveal of Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas's 24-story building just south of Madison Square Park, design blog Dezeen presents some previously unreleased renderings of the ultra-luxury building that better show off how the cantilevering cutie will interact with its surroundings, including 60-story big bro One Madison Park. A reaction to the equally big (bigger?) reveal of Herzog & de Meuron's 56 Leonard Street? Who knows, but the renderings certainly put Rem's crazy creation back on the brain. Also included: A fresh lobby picture, complete with giant arrow! You don't want to know what happens if you turn right.
