One lawsuit against Columbia's Manhattanville expansion has been tossed out of court. Yesterday, a state court rejected a suite filed by landowner Nicholas Sprayregen challenging the environmental review of the Columbia project. The city had found the impact acceptable. A State Supreme Court judge said the case was "without merit." Sprayregen is "giving serious consideration to an appeal."
