The huge development known as Viridian (aka 110 Green Street) has been underway for more than a year-and-a-half in Greenpoint. We checked on its progress recently and found the big building, which is best known for having Magic Johnson as an investor, has picked up a lot of exterior glass with interior work ongoing. The building stretches nearly half the block between Manhattan Avenue and Franklin Street and also goes through the block to the next street over, Huron. has picked up a lot of exterior glass with interior work ongoing.
