Reuters dips into the new PropertyShark foreclosures report: "The number of newly scheduled auctions of foreclosed properties in New York grew 13 percent to 383 from July and 53 percent from last year, PropertyShark.com said in a report. While New York's numbers were relatively low, with 254 in the borough of Queens, they indicate future price declines of as much as 20 percent, PropertyShark.com Chief Executive Bill Staniford said."
