Anywhere else it would just be a sign for affordable housing, but the fact that it's hung on 133 Water Street in Dumbo, a Robert-Scarano designed building which sold itself as a luxe rental building (after abandoning the luxe condo dream) is compelling. Our tipster writes: "There's something mildly amusing when there's an ad for moderate income housing on high income housing. This is that Dumbo building right next to the Manhattan Bridge. Obviously intended for subway riders."
