Fresh Irving Place Renderings: Get 'Em Before They're Gone

New, 8 comments

Following the building's big reveal in the Times back in August, the website and marketing for 57 Irving Place are now full steam ahead, and it's a testament to the strength of the out-of-whack luxury market that a third of the Audrey Matlock-designed 11-story building is already spoken for (at prices starting at $6.75 million). That's only three units, though, because the glassy 57 Irving has just six full-floor residences, a duplex, a full-floor penthouse, and the whopper: a three-floor "townhouse" with a private garage, gym, "classic center atrium," 30-foot saltwater pool (w/ Jacuzzi!) and four bedrooms tucked into its 6,763 square feet of space. That's a rendering of the townhouse above, followed by some other newly-released looks at the building. Buyers get access to Gramercy Park, though unlike the purebred condos at 50 Gramercy Park, the key comes in a roundabout way: via membership in the park-facing Players Club, which 57 Irving Place's developer (and penthouse buyer) will happily bestow upon you. It's good to have friends in high places.
