It has been a long time since we took a look at the Karl Fischer building we once called the Son of Sevenberry based on its vague resemblance to another Hot Karl a half-dozen blocks away. Work on the building at N. 8 & Roebling, which is only a few blocks from the architect's master work on Karl Fischer Row, has been going on since the beginning of 2007. (That green stuff on the exterior has been there most of the year, but what will cover it hasn't show up. In the meantime, it looks like interior has been going on and some windows have been installed. By the time the building hits the 2 or 2 1/2 year mark, it should be good to go with 53 units of Hot Karl goodness.
