EV Grieve takes us back to 1983, when Avenue B gentrification symbol the Christodora House was just an abandoned building taken over by some Cooper Union frat brothers looking for a good time. The most interesting thing about the pictures is not the run-down state of the currently luxurious Christodora, but how the one dude rocking the hat, vest and 'stache would not be out of place on the Bedford Avenue of today.
