Construction Watch: Another Union Ave. Building Shows Itself

The is a building known as 385 Union Plaza, one of the premier citizens of the booming area of Williamsburg east of the BQE that we like to call the Union Triangle. It comes from Micheal Muroff Architect and is across the street from our Union Avenue Hot Karl. It joins another building from Kutnicki/Bernstein and a Robert Scarano. It's supposed to have 47 luxe condos (market conditions willing). Overall look the area will have black to gray, dark and foreboding.
