"They are close to what similar no-fee buildings in the northern park of Battery Park City were asking about a year ago. But those have all dropped about 20% in the last few months. This has some plusses (it's newer, has quirky amenities, on the right side of the highway) and some minuses (more isolated than BPC, traffic noise/pollution, hideousity).
