Lois Weiss has about 47 different stories in the Post today about all the different ways the residential, commercial, hotel and retail real estate markets are screwed, and one story headlined "We Will Survive" that tries to instill some hope. In it, we get some quotage from developer/brokerage owner Kent Swig: "We will end up hitting bottom somewhere at the end of the second quarter and begin to level out.
