The massive as-yet-unrevealed Times Square office building being developed by Related Companies and Boston Properties along Eighth Avenue is officially on hold, according to Boston's leatest earnings report, which said the developers suspended work in the fourth quarter. As a result of the suspension, Boston reported a charge of about $23 million stemming from pre-development and other costs, but hey, at least venerable speakeasy steakhouse Frankie and Johnnie's got an extra lease on life out of it.
