Our love for bizarre Roosevelt Island architectural schemes unlikely to see the light of day is well documented, so it is our pleasure to bring you this unlikely scheme for the Coler-Goldwater Hospital site on the north end of the island. The provenience of the plans is unknown to us, as is the architect, but apparently it's a blueprint for 900 new condo units or somesuch. If your dream is to live in an Aztec-style pyramid or Borg-like cube, this may be the fanciful community of the future for you!
