The Real Deal reports that Citi Habitats has shuttered its Financial District office at 100 John Street, which only had about six agents, but the message is loud and clear. Said Corcoran CEO Pam Liebman (the two firms share a parent company), "The lease was up and we didn't need the space. If it picks up again in the Financial District, we'll be happy to open another office down there." YIKES. [Real Deal]
