Construction Watch: L Haus Looking...Interesting

Our roving photgrapher Will Femia swung by the L Haus, the interesting looking building perched at the foot of the Pulaski Bridge at the entrance to Long Island City today and found that work is progressing at a very fast pace, at least on the visible exterior portions. Units that are showing on the Elliman site run from $445,000 for a 1BR (perhaps with dramatic Pulaski views) to $1.35M for a 3BR, 3 bath. There's the whole usual list of high-end amenities, including a big courtyard for sunbathing, but the most interesting design element seems to be the 12-foot stone wall at street level.
