That's the question of the day over at Inwoodite, which runs this reader e-mail: "[I]t appears they have finally sold one unit. Every night when you go by, the lights are dark in every unit on every floor, save one. From time to time it appears that someone has moved a few pieces of plastic lawn furniture onto one of the empty balconies, but there are never any lights on in any units at night, except for the one."
