The new year brought big things to the New York Times' online Real Estate section, which launched a revamped property search tool. But based on the opinions Brownstoner, StreetEasy forum members and several Curbed readers (the e-mails are so colorful!), this new toy kind of stinks. Error messages are frequent, entire neighborhoods turn up zero results (but then return multiple results when you search again for a specific property type in that neighborhood), searching for multiple property types is majorly infuriating and?horror of horrors!?Carroll Gardens is misspelled. We expect these bugs to be worked out, but for now this is seriously messing with our mojo! [NYT Real Estate]
