The nicest place we've seen in a while?the above Tribeca duplex penthouse?is priced accordingly, a healthy $1,941/sqft, not including the megaterrace. So how did our PriceSpotters fare? Pretty well. A handful nailed it right on the dot, fully understanding that whole parts of the 'hood still have blinders on. Most went low, but as one commenter said, "bidet adds .5M easy," even if the views are of Independence Plaza.
