Say what you wish about those Toll Brothers, but they sure know how to put up buildings quickly. This is Two Northside Piers, which started construction during the fall, and is now getting toward its maximum height, with a whole bunch of floors already glassed in. There are 270 one-, two- and three-bedroom units with studios starting at $349,990, 1BRs at $444,990, 2BRs at $871,990 and 3BRs at $1,655,990. Prices go up to $2.9 million. The building has more studios and one-bedroom units than the first tower, which has gone rent-to-own. There is no sense yet of the second tower's ultimate fate. Right now, Streetasy isn't showing any units in contract.
