The Post reports that Apollo Real Estate Advisors, a lender in the troubled condo conversion of the Upper West Side's Apthorp, will most likely not foreclose on the property today, as Apollo had threatened to do if the Apthorp's battling co-owners didn't settle their dispute over the building by today. The owners, Lev Leviev and Maurice Mann, have agreed to let their rift be settled in a Jewish rabbinical court, but the two sides have been unable to agree on a rabbi. [NYPost, previous]
