The New York Times briefs us on Museum of the Phantom City, an iPhone app that lets users take a look at some of the most "visionary" of New York City's never-built architecture. You say visionary, we say wacky. Actually, we're kind of digging "Continuous Movement," the 1969 design that called for covering most of the city in reflective glass.
