MIDTOWN?We're starting to get increasingly obsessed with 400 Fifth Avenue, the Midtown sequel to The Setai in the Financial District. The Setai II is a 57-story hotel/condo about which not much else is known, besides it being kind of crazy and, as time goes by, kind of awesome?
